Money Stuff

Chantal invoices on the 28th of each month, or the nearest business day after, if the 28th falls on a weekend or public holiday.

You agree to pay invoices within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

To secure a service, you may be asked to pay a deposit. The service will not be confirmed unless the deposit is paid by the date specified.

Data Security, Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Data Security

Any information sent to Chantal to perform services are to be held security in Microsoft services stored in the APAC region. Data is held for a reasonable period only and only for the purposes of providing the services. Chantal will notify you immediately if a security breach occurs and continue communications throughout investigations until the breach is resolved.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed during the engagement, including business processes, client data, and proprietary materials.

Intellectual Property

• Any pre-existing or independently developed intellectual property remains the property of its original owner.
• New intellectual property created during the agreement shall be co-owned by you and Chantal, unless otherwise agreed.

Artificial Intelligence

Chantal does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and passes it off as her own work. Instead, Chantal uses AI tools to assist in providing you services, including in learning and development.

Examples of AI use include:

• Drafting outlines for workshops
• Offering ideas for scenarios and case studies
• Re-wording communications, and
• Augment editing and proofreading.

Please inform Chantal if you don’t want AI to be used in the services supplied to you.
